My Service

Hiring an architect can be a daunting and expensive process, and sometimes it is not necessary. For those who are curious to see the potential architectural opportunities of a property or site and want less commitment: I provide an architectural visualisation package for projects ranging from house extensions; renovations; conversions; and entirely new buildings. The package can vary in purpose from a proposal that you want planning permission for, to a brochure that highlights various approaches and site opportunities.

A package usually contains: 

• Site Analysis

• Diagrams

• Plans

• Sections

• Elevations

• Axonometrics 

• Photo-realistic Project Visuals 

Costing

Based on the time taken to complete a package in its entirety- ranging from 2 to 3 weeks of work for alterations and 1 to 2 months for new projects- I offer a fixed rate of:

Residential alterations = £750

New Projects = £1250
